i found the staff helpful, especially moqadar and romane (really good support!). maryam and khaled at reception were also very kind. i requested additional items for our room and they arrived immediately. i appreciated that the pool area was spacious and not too crowded.
the walkway between the hotels was closed for a period, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is connected to the dubai festival city mall which is quite large. cleanliness was perfect throughout the hotel. i also enjoyed the spacious pool area, finding it relaxing with few children present (a welcome experience).

i found the location next to the festive city mall very convenient. the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. the beautiful aroma complemented the flower scent throughout the hotel.

the room provided luxurious comfort. it had elegance and functionality. the staff seemed trained well. they handled requests efficiently. they also were friendly. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the ac leaked in the room. it filled the room with water. the pool closed at 8pm. this is not good in the summer. people want to swim in the evening. dinner was in another building. it was in intercontinental and i had to walk to reach it.
